Bullying is something that is going to happen whether we make an effort to end it or not; its like murder! yeah, its bad, and yeah, we shouldnt give up trying to discourage it or stop it, because when kids are being tortured, called names, bullied, and beat up so badly and so frequently, and to such a degree that they literally feel their life has no value; well then, theres something wrong.
